We welcome you to www.hostelnut.com, a Web Site whose purpose is to serve as a platform for the management of reservations in our Hostel.

In order to use www.hostelnut.com it is necessary that you accept without modification each and every one of the terms and conditions detailed below in this "Agreement".

Please read this Agreement carefully, as it contains information concerning your legal rights and limitations on such rights, as well as a section relating to applicable law and jurisdiction over disputes. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use this Web Site.

The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms and conditions, without affecting the services or promotions that were purchased prior to the modification.

The following are the conditions governing the reservation of rooms offered through the website www.hostelnut.com (hereinafter the provider). The acceptance of this document implies that the user:

Has read, understands and understands what is set forth herein.

That he/she is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.

That he/she assumes all the obligations set forth herein.

The present conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all purchase operations carried out through this website.

The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions, without affecting reservations or promotions that were purchased prior to the modification.

The descriptions and images of the rooms offered through this website represent the actual rooms.

Use of the website by the Users.

As a condition of using www.hostelnut.com, the user warrants that (i) all information provided on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete, (ii) if you have an account at www.hostelnut. com, you will protect your account information and will monitor and be fully responsible for any use of your account by anyone other than yourself, (iii) you are 18 years of age or older to make a reservation on our Website (otherwise, parental/guardian identification is required), and (iv) you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and to use this Website in accordance with all of the terms and conditions specified herein.

Provider reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny any person access to the Platform, at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement.

In any case, in relation to the information collected, you agree to its incorporation into the internal file owned and responsibility of Hostel Nut. All this in accordance with the European Regulation 2016 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the Organic Law, 3/2015 of 5 December, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, limitation, portability and deletion of your data by writing to info@hostelnut.com with a copy of your ID card.

The copying, transmission, reproduction, duplication, publication or redistribution of the Content of the Website or any part of it is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of Hostel Nut.

Users of the Website will not incur any charges for using www.hostelnut.com in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

www.hostelnut.com takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any comments posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, nor for any loss or damage of any kind from such comments nor is it liable for any error, defamation, libel, slander, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography or profanity that may be found.

Hostel Nut reserves the right to block any reservation that represents a clear violation of the intellectual property rights of third parties or whose contents are defamatory, violent or otherwise disrespectful of public order or morality.

Any use of the Site in violation of the foregoing also violates the terms of this Agreement and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use this Site as a User.

Purpose.

The purpose of these conditions is to regulate the purchase and sale relationship between Hostel Nut and the user at the time it accepts, during the process of recruitment and online booking, the corresponding box. The contractual relationship of purchase and sale involves the reservation and stay, in exchange for a certain price and publicly displayed through the website, in Hostel Nut.

General information.

Both parties, the Provider and the User, are bound by the present contracting conditions, except for special conditions agreed with each particular user.

Booking procedure.

The booking procedure may be made through this website; in person at the reception of the Hostel or through the associated websites in which Hostel Nut appears.

The availability at any given time in the Hostel will be established in the corresponding web page. If you need to stay more days than available or check availability for future dates you can contact directly with the Hostel.

For the management of the reservation is essential to provide the following information: name, surname, ID, address, phone number, email and credit card information as a guarantee. Upon arrival at the Hostel you will have to present an original ID document to prove your identity.

To see the availability and rooms, you should do it through the RESERVATIONS tab enabled on our website. In this section, you will be able to see the different options of rooms we have, as well as a description of them and everything they include.

When selecting the date of reservation, the price corresponding to the room and the option to add any extra service will appear (by way of example: towels, parking, padlock, breakfast).

You can select what you want and then "Proceed to booking" and fill in the guest data and choose the method of payment.

Once your reservation is confirmed and accepted by Hostel Nut, an email with the confirmation will be sent to the email address provided and the contract will be formalized.

If a group reservation is made well in advance, all persons will be in the same room(s). Otherwise, it cannot be guaranteed. However, Hostel Nut will try to keep them together whenever possible.

Hostel Nut, in accordance with the indicated privacy policy, will guarantee the confidentiality of your data.

Price.

The price of each reservation will be the one that appears in the description of each room (VAT included).

If you add any of our extras, the amount will be added to the total of the room.

Consequently, upon confirmation by the CLIENT of his reservation and before proceeding to the payment of the same, the final total amount to be paid will appear on the screen.

In the case of online booking, the total amount of the reservation shown in the description, or the percentage enabled in this regard, will be paid. The remaining amount, in case of partial payment at the time of booking online, will be paid on arrival at the Hostel.

The establishment will charge 100% of the reservation if the reservation is "non-refundable" or "non-cancellable"; and there will be no option to cancel.

In case of non-execution of the contract by the provider for not being able to provide the requested service, the user must be informed of this lack of availability and under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, must be able to recover as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days at most, the sums paid.

Methods of payment.

The form of payment of the reservation can be through any of the following means:

Secure payment with paypal.

Credit card payment.

Modifications in the reservation.

Once the reservation has been made and formalized, if you wish to make any modification to it (extension of stay, change of dates, etc.), you will have to pay attention to the availability of the hotel.

In any case, the corresponding amount must be paid for the extension of the stay, change of dates or other requested modification.

Check-in and check-out.

Room check in will be from 15.00 onwards. You can leave your luggage at reception if you arrive before that time and your room is not ready.

Room check out will be before 12:00 noon. If you wish or need to check out later than this time, please check with reception for a charge.

To extend your stay at Hostel Nut, please check availability at reception.

Cancellation conditions and "No show" charges.

For your security, cancellations will only be accepted if notified by sending an email to info@hostelnut.com or calling 958 886 699.

If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 48 hours before, the establishment will not charge and will proceed to refund the amount already paid.

If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline, the amount already paid will be charged.

Once you have checked in at the hostel, in case of early departure, Hostel Nut will not refund the amount already paid.

Reservations made through offers, promotions or discounts will not be refundable. In any case, customers will be informed of this at the time of booking.

If, despite having made the reservation, you do not show up at the Hostel, the amount already paid will not be refunded. If you have not paid any amount, you will be charged for the first night.

Incorrect reservation.

If in some occasion, by mistake, you receive a booking confirmation that you have not made or different from it, please send an email to info@hostelnut.com or call our contact telephone numbers.

Obligations and prohibitions during the stay.

In order not to disturb the rest of the other guests, please do not run, jump, sing or make noise in the corridors, and do not dirty the common areas.

Animals are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the Hostel. However, there are designated areas for this purpose.

The consumption of alcoholic beverages and/or narcotic substances is prohibited.

The celebration of parties or events is not allowed in Hostel Nut.

It is not allowed to remain in underwear, without clothes or barefoot in the common areas.

Hostel Nut is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings inside the Hostel. Please take care of your personal belongings and store them in the designated areas.

It is mandatory to make good use of the facilities. In this sense, the guest will be responsible for the loss of objects of the hotel and decor, as well as its breakage by misuse and negligent action.

Applicable law and jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by or construed in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly established. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of products or services covered by these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Granada.
